2019 round-up: a great year in retrospective
Dec 27, 2019

Happy holidays! In this final blog post for 2019, we take a look back at ZenART VR’s first year and all the cool things that happened.

ZenART VR has been in the works for quite a while and a lot of events transpired between the inception of the very idea and the first completed project. While a lot of things were set in motion last year, in 2019 things really picked up steam and we were ready to announce our work to the world.

Our first location, Tales of the Rocks, was launched with our partners of SpringboardVR and Synthesis VR and got in the hands of players worldwide. Of course, this was just a little teaser of what’s to come. We continue our progress towards the next locations in our catalog and look forward to showing you all the amazing new features we’ve been developing.

There were so many conferences, conventions and business events this year! Our business team made appearances in many of them and we met so many different and amazing people spanning from fellow tech enthusiasts and startups, all the way to government officials.

In Belgrade, Serbia, we had the chance to demo our product to people from all over Europe and all the way from China.

At Huawei eco-Connect Europe, ZenART VR Executive Producer Georgi Georgiev took the stage twice – once presenting our technology, and once as a panelist.

In Kyiv, Ukraine we continued to showcase our progress and its 5G streaming capabilities.

Most recently, back home in Bulgaria, we were awarded Innovative Enterprise of the Year in the Creative Industries and the award was handed by President Rumen Radev himself.

Our immersive location was also used at Gamescom 2019 in Germany as the go-to (pun intended!) VR space for our partners at Cybershoes.

2019 was definitely a year of growth for ZenART VR.

We had the pleasure of welcoming new members to our team and enjoy the boost of creativity and flow of ideas they brought.

We had the honor of appearing on important stages around Europe and take an active part in the conversation regarding VR, streaming, technology, and the very future of entertainment.

Our tech was used as an educational tool by big universities and that’s just scratching the surface of the ZenART VR teaching capabilities.

Last, but certainly not least, we partnered up with tech giant Huawei and began working with them to expand the boundaries of VR and redefine the way people experience entertainment at home. Not bad for a company as young as ours.

What’s next?

We’ve got so much in store! While we accomplished quite a few cool things in 2019, this was just the beginning. Now that the foundation of ZenART VR is laid down, we need to build up.

We are excited to continue working and developing our locations and tech, constantly improving our toolset and workflow. ZenART VR has its finger on the pulse of the VR, always on the lookout for the latest and greatest technology & trends.

We are determined to make the best product we can and amaze you with never-before-seen quality and immersion. See you in 2020!
